Nathaniel Stine, of Exeter Township, died around 9:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10 after the crash in the westbound lanes, near Daniel Boone Road, the outlet says citing the county coroner.
Stine was the only driver involved in the crash and his death was ruled accidental, according to the outlet.
